Hofstra, Johns Hopkins, Maryland, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ohio Wesleyn, Georgetown, Penn
State, Stony Brook, University of Michigan, & UMASS. Warriors Elite camps focus
on the fundamentals and sportsmanship that prepare players
for the “next level.”

Dodging, Face-Off, Ground Balls, Shooting (On the run, crankshots & quick sticks), Defense/Body Position, Stick work/Hand Position, Footwork Standard Checks – (poke, slap & wrap), Takeaway Checks – (over the head, ding dong, kayak, dig), Lifts – hands and elbows,
1 v. 1 Strategy – (behind the goal, wing dodges, goal line and from the top
